The Debbie Frank Legacy Fund, an initiative of the Golub Family Foundation, is dedicated to supporting the professional development of women in real estate. Each year, the Fund provides grants to organizations that champion education, mentorship, and community engagement. A key focus of the Fund has been supporting the impactful scholarship programs offered by The Goldie Initiative and CREW Chicago In 2024, the Fund provided a grant to The Goldie Initiative to support its Goldie Scholars program and strengthen its strategic partnership with CREW Chicago. Through a unique strategy of scholarships, mentoring, networking, and skills development, The Goldie Initiative cultivates the next generation of women leaders in real estate. This grant specifically funds an additional Goldie Scholar at a Chicago-area graduate institution, furthering opportunities for women pursuing advanced degrees in business, law, design, or management with a focus on real estate. |
