Debbie was a force of nature, a beacon of light, and a respected and accomplished leader in the Chicago-area commercial real estate community. She led Golub & Company’s Commercial Leasing Group for 14 years, was a mentor to many, and always advocated for the advancement of women in the industry. Her immense talent for business, combined with her deep compassion for others, earned her the love, trust, and respect of all who had the joy of working with her.
A graduate of the University of Texas and Kent College of Law, Debbie created a compelling 22-year career in commercial real estate. She had a unique personality, a wicked sense of humor, loved to dance, and lived life to the fullest.
Sadly, Debbie lost her battle with cancer at the heartbreakingly young age of 44, leaving behind her husband, young daughter, and a host of so many others who loved her dearly.
